Located just inside the Main Entrances of Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida. A guest service Window and ATM are located outside each main Gate. Guest Services offers: - ticket upgrade - dining assistance - gift cards - foreign currency exchange.
Due to licensing restrictions, alkoholic beverages cannot be taken out of the park.
If you are celebrating a special ocasión at Universal Orlando, make sure you stop by Guest Service for your complimentary button to wear during your special day.

FOR YOUR SAFETY
Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. You must secure all loose articles (glasses, cameras, hats, etc.) in the lockers provided, or leave them with a non rider. You may not leave them at the load area of the attraction or carry them onto the ride.
Smoking, flash photography, eating or drinking inside any attractions or waiting areas is not allowed. Please note height and health requirements posted at each attractions. In order to ride these attractions, guest must meet the hight requirements.
Children less then 45” tall must be accompanied by a supervising companion at all times and all attractions. Failure to follow posted guidlines may result in serious injury or expulsion from the park.

Expectant mothers in pregnancy should not ride the following attractions: The Incredible Hulk Coaster, Storm Force Acceleration, Doctor Doom’s Ferafall, The Amazing Adventures of Spider Man, Dudley Do-Right Ripsaw Falls, Popaye and Bluto’s Bilge – Rat Barges, Pteranodon Flyers, Jurrasic Park River Adventure, Dragon Challenge, Flight of the Hippogriff, Harry Potter and the Forbiden Journey, The Cat in the Hat, The Hight in the Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride, Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, Revange of the Mummy, Disaster, The Simpsons Ride, MEN IN BLACK Alien Attack, E.T. Adventure, Woody Woodpecker’s Nuthouse Coaster, Transformers.
The Ride-3D and Harry Potter and the Escape from the Gringotts. At Despicable Me Minion Meyhem, Shreck 4D and Terminator 2: 3D, we have provided stationary standing area for your comfort and safety.
FAMILY SERVICES: nursing facilities and a companion restroom are available at Family Services located at First Aid.
GUEST WITH DISABILITIES
Many attractions maintain safety admission requirements for guests with disabilities. Additional health requirments and guidelines are posted at each attraction. We apologize, but motorized wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles are not permited on any ride wehicles. If you have question, please see any ride attendant or visit Guest Services. A complimentary Rider’s Guide for Rider’s Safety and Guests with disabilities is available at Gust Services.
CHILD SWAP
Parties with a small child may take advatage of our Child Swap program. This allows one member of a party to watch over the child while the rest of the party waits, rides and then swap places so the other member may enjoy the ride as well. See any ride attendant for further details.

Throughout the parks you’ll find shopping experiences to suit you and your family’s needs. You can have your purchases waiting at It;s Wrap at Universal Studios Florida or the Ocean Trader Market at Islands of Adventure.
